-Our basic delivery is a drop off service.  We bring your items into your home and leave them there.  Bedroom furniture such as dressers, mirrors and night stands typically ship assembled but beds will require the rails and cross slats to be installed.  Sofas are pre-assembled with the possible exception of the legs.  Dining room furniture ships without the legs on.  If you would like white glove assembly service where your furniture is assembled and positioned up or down stairs let your salesman know so we can schedule accordingly.

-Below is a rough map of the delivery area we service with our in house team.  The green shaded area we service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.  The pink area on Tuesdays and Fridays.  If you are not in that area or have special needs we have contract delivery services which may be able to help.  Please contact us.

-Deliveries are scheduled by our Delivery Coordinator.  When your items are available the Coordinator will call you and arrange a day that works for you.  The evening before he will have a list of customers to call and will contact each and work out a two hour window.  The day of delivery our in truck crew will call you when leaving the stop before yours so you know to head home or be ready for their arrival.  Our goal is to let you enjoy your day or miss as little work as possible.  In this era of cell phones we do not want you sitting at home wasting your day watching every box truck on your street wondering if it is us.

-Delivery cost varies by location.  Please call and speak with the sales team for up to date information.

-Typically customers will pay half at the time of purchase then the balance on delivery usually with a credit card over the phone.  At this time we can not accept checks as payment upon delivery.
